VPN Legal
Transparency matters. Review our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy below.
1. Overview
SFR Servers provides a free Virtual Private Network (VPN) service designed to enhance user privacy, protect against denial-of-service attacks, and improve security while gaming or browsing the internet.
2. Eligibility
By using this VPN, you confirm that you are legally permitted to use encryption services in your jurisdiction and that you are at least 13 years of age.
3. Acceptable Use
- No illegal activities under local, national, or international law
- No abuse, harassment, or network attacks
- No botnets, malware, spam, or scanning activity
- No attempts to bypass service safeguards or infrastructure limits
- No reselling or redistribution of VPN access
4. Fair Use Policy
While our infrastructure supports high-capacity networking and generous bandwidth, excessive or abusive usage that degrades service quality for others is prohibited.
Sustained high-volume traffic unrelated to gaming, browsing, or personal use may result in temporary or permanent suspension.
5. Performance & Availability
We aim to provide reliable service, but availability, latency, and throughput are not guaranteed. Maintenance, upgrades, or unexpected outages may occur without prior notice.
6. Security Responsibility
Users are responsible for securing their own devices. While encrypted tunnels are provided, SFR Servers is not responsible for malware, compromised systems, or third-party software issues.
7. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the VPN at any time for violations of these terms, abuse, or actions that threaten network stability.
8. Disclaimer
The VPN service is provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind. SFR Servers is not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or damages resulting from use of the service.
9. Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the VPN constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
